The CAMTech INDIA Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) initiative began in June 2014 and aims to accelerate the development and adoption of new technologies to address preventable causes of death among women and children in India. In October of 2015, CAMTech INDIA launched a Diabetes Innovation Initiative in Hyderabad, India. Leveraging CAMTech INDIA’s public-private approach to health innovations (supported through non-USAID funding), the initiative brought together a diverse group of partners – from corporations to government agencies to specialty care providers.
CAMTech convened over 350 innovators and diabetes experts for a series of four events focused on spurring innovation across the diagnosis, management, and prevention of diabetes in India. Click here to read more about this event and the CAMTech INDIA Diabetes Innovation Initiative.
